At Lucid Hedge, we provide subscription-based access to options analytics tools and related services. As these are digital services, no physical products are shipped, and no returns of goods are accepted. This Refund Policy explains our billing practices and refund terms.
Free Trial
We offer a free trial period so you can evaluate our services before committing to a paid subscription. Because of this trial access, all subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Refund Eligibility
- No Refunds: Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. We provide a free trial to allow you to test our services before starting a paid plan.
- Renewals: Renewal payments cannot be refunded once processed. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Promotions & Discounts: Subscriptions purchased with promotions, discounts, or free trial periods remain non-refundable.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds or credits will be issued for the current subscription period.
Processing Time
If you cancel before your renewal date, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for unused days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Failure to cancel before a subscription renewal date.
- Partial use of a subscription period (no pro-rated refunds).
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
